There will be a variety of food stalls available during the event.
Information / Lost Children
The first point of contact for all parents looking for lost children should be at the Calvary Christian Church Information tent located stage right closest to De Vene Avenue.
Seating
Patrons are encouraged to bring picnic rugs and ground seating from home.
Please note that high back chairs are restricted to the chair area and are not permitted in the picnic rug/blanket area section.
Park & Ride Free Shuttle Bus
A free shuttle bus from the Caloundra transit centre (Cooma Tce) will be running from 4:00pm until 9:00pm leaving every 15 minutes.
Road Closures
De Vene Avenue from Moreton Parade to Ormond Terrace on 16 December from 1am – 10pm.
Carpark Closures
All rights to park at the amphitheatre are temporarily removed from Saturday 16 December 1am -10pm.
Burgess Street car park closed 1am – 10pm
Edmund Street car park closed 1am – 10pm
Fireworks
The event will finish at approximately 8:00pm with a fireworks display. Fireworks can upset some animals so please ensure they are kept safe during the event.
